Your purchases will be shipped via USPS within 5 business days or sooner of your order date. Exceptions will be applied to products that are made to order, these items will take longer due to scheduling of work time or in the case of objects that need to be sent out, such as items that are casted, may take up to 4 to 5 weeks to be shipped/delivered. Know that every effort and every priority is put into place to have your order filled and delivered as soon as possible. It is advisable to concider timing of custom orders during holiday seasons. Returns & Refunds
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returned products such as earrings and other products that are intimate.
